J. S. Group of Companies is a diversified and dynamic conglomerate with a strong presence across multiple industries. Established in 1978 by Mohammad Jamshed Soleja and his elder brother Mohammad Jawed Soleja, the Group began its journey as a focused enterprise in manufacturing leather products and has since evolved into a multi-sector organization.
Today, its operations span leather and leather lifestyle products including belts, wallets, purses, footwear, and fashion accessories, along with perfumes and fragrances.
Driven by a commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, the Group continues to expand its footprint across domestic and international markets.
At the heart of the Group’s operations is a well-established manufacturing and processing facility spanning approximately 40,000 square meters (≈ 430,556 sq ft) . The facility is supported by modern infrastructure, skilled manpower, and efficient logistics, ensuring consistent product quality, optimized production flow, and adherence to modern industrial standards.
Workers and staff members are issued individual health cards and undergo periodic medical examinations. The Group also conducts vaccination initiatives against common occupational and communicable diseases.

Pet Treats & Chews
Leveraging by-products from its integrated operations, the Group produces high-quality natural pet treats and chews supplied to global markets, with a production capacity of approximately 125 metric tons per month. In addition, the facility also manufactures treated rawhide used in the production of gelatine and collagen, with a monthly processing capacity of about 200 metric tons.
